2. Services

SpeakSaathi provides online English tutoring services through 1-on-1 video sessions with qualified tutors. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet or similar video conferencing platforms.

3. Payment and Refunds

Trial sessions are priced at ₹9. Premium subscription plans are available for continued learning. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee: if you don't find your session helpful, we'll refund your payment with no questions asked.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Sessions must be scheduled through our platform. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through SpeakSaathi are the property of SpeakSaathi and are protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SpeakSaathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
